You're most likely call the company and if that doesn't work, call your credit/debit issuer and have them reverse the charges for you. The credit/ debit card companies will pretty much do the work for you if calling PC Cleaner cant assist you in handling your over payments.
I've purchased Pro PC Cleaner for PCs but I needed it for my laptop. I was asked to purchse a separate program for the laptop. When I tried, the system said that the program was already existing.

This is a scam. You don't need a special version for a laptop. I recommend requesting a refund for this application and choose something else that actually works and it's free/safe. Use CCleaner to remove and clean files from your computer.
I bought PC Cleaner Platinum about a year ago and Hardware Helper is not registered yet, as I question whether it would be beneficial and how much will it cost me? I bought PC Cleaner for my computer and my laptop, so if I bought the Hardware Helper, it would be for both systems.

The software will cost 39.95 $ and it can be purchased from the official website. However, I don't know how much you will benefit from its installation, because this type of applications should be used only when you don't have drivers to your computer. Alternatively, download the drivers individually from manufacturers for every component, if you have the possibility instead of using an automatic tool.
